ROBIN (Scoops Ahoy Costume)

Described as an alternative girl, Robin is shown to entertain herself by teasing others and being sarcastic. In the summer of 1985, Robin began working at the newly-built Starcourt Mall's ice cream parlor, Scoops Ahoy.
